Rainbox is a woman-run talent agency for South African creators. We carry the operational layer — subscriber conversations, marketing, pricing, platform compliance, reconciliation, payouts — under a written contract, with discretion built into the structure rather than promised in the copy.
The commercial terms matter, but they are not what you notice first. What you notice first is what stops being your problem at eleven at night.
Subscriber DMs, marketing posts, content scheduling, sanitisation, analytics, payouts — every operational task that turns content into income runs on our side. You are a creator with a business behind you, not a one-woman operation with a content side.
Your legal identity sits inside a confidentiality clause that survives termination indefinitely. Sanitisation runs on every upload. POPIA-compliant from intake. Identity exposure by us is a material breach with immediate termination on your side.
No deposit. No retainer. No signing fee. No setup charge. No marketing levy. We earn when you earn, and the contract enforces that from day one — there is no line item that pays us while you earn nothing.
Copyright in your content stays with you. The account stays in your name. Boundaries are yours to set and yours to amend on written notice. A wellbeing pause is a contractual right, not a favour.
This is the layer that turns a content schedule into an account that earns. We run it to a documented professional standard. You will not write a subscriber DM, post to Reddit, or chase a platform on a verification issue.
Inbound and outbound DMs in your persona's voice. PPV campaigns, retention, churn tracking, top-fan management. The volume most creators underestimate by a factor of five.
Daily posting and queue management, targeted rotation, feed curation against engagement signals. Queue depth maintained at fourteen days forward, thirty where the pipeline allows.
Promotional posting on Reddit (subreddit-targeted), X under the persona, Instagram within platform terms. Traffic attribution and conversion tracking on every channel.
Subscription and PPV pricing per content type, tip-menu structuring, continuous testing, quarterly review. Priced against your niche, not a template.
Six steps on every piece of content before upload: EXIF and metadata strip, background review, persona watermark, encrypted storage, identity check, audit log.
Platform compliance monitoring, verification renewals, DMCA enforcement, takedowns of counterfeit accounts trading under your persona name.
Cohort tracking, churn analysis, top-spender identification, content-category performance, channel attribution. Weekly internal review, monthly summary to you.
Monthly reconciliation against platform statements. EFT within five business days of month-end. Written revenue statement on request. No deduction outside the contract.
Identity documents encrypted at rest, role-based access, sanitisation log per upload, POPIA-compliant from intake to destruction.
Quarterly account review with you: niche positioning, content pipeline, growth direction, boundary updates. Your call on direction, our job to execute.
There is no retainer, no signing fee, no setup charge, no per-post invoice, no platform-fee pass-through and no marketing levy. We do not publish our rate on a website, and neither does any agency that negotiates in good faith — it is stated in your agreement, in writing, before you sign anything.
The full Talent Management Agreement is sent to you before any commitment. It states the revenue share, the reconciliation method, the payout date, and the exact deductions permitted. Nothing is agreed verbally and then written later.
Take it to a lawyer. Ask for the clause numbers. We will not press for a signature, and we do not sign anyone who has not read it.
"We earn when you earn. If you don't earn, neither do we — the contract enforces that from day one."
Modelled for an account holding two production sessions per week with marketing and operations running in full from week one. Net figures are what lands in your account after the platform's cut and our share. Your trajectory will be its own.

Not a forecast. Not a guarantee. Individual outcomes vary materially with niche, market, content quality, attendance and platform conditions.
Privacy in this industry is usually marketing language. Here it is structural — set by clauses in the agreement, by a protocol applied to every upload, and by a rule about how we talk to candidates.
Identity exposure by the agency is a material breach with immediate termination on your side, indefinite confidentiality, and no limitation of liability.
Six-step protocol on every upload: metadata strip, background review, persona watermark, encrypted storage, identity check, audit log. Logged per file.
Full data-subject rights preserved: access, correction, deletion, objection. Identity documents encrypted at rest. Information returned or destroyed on termination.
"We do not use other creators as examples. Not in this pack. Not in the call. Not on this website. Not ever. The conversation starts with you and stays with you."
Single-platform creators leave money on the table. We build the presence across the landscape, and we tell you which platforms are worth your hours and which are not.
Agencies are abstract until something goes wrong. This one has a principal who puts her name on the contract, answers for the standard, and signs every agreement personally.
Rainbox is woman-run at board level and woman-run in the room where decisions about your account are made. That is not a marketing position — it is a statement about who carries the consequences of a badly handled disclosure, a missed payout, or a boundary pushed by a subscriber.
The agency is built the way a professional firm is built: contract first, written terms, reconciliation every month, one person answerable for the standard. If something is not right, you have a name, a direct line, and a signed document behind you.
The principal's name, signature and direct contact are on your agreement before you sign it. We do not put a face on a website and a call centre behind it.
"The standard is the product. If we get it wrong, you know exactly who to hold to account."
No screening-call gatekeeping. If the answer is no, we say no.
Rainbox is a woman-run agency. The principal signs every agreement personally and is the named contact on your contract. There is no account manager you have never met holding your account.
No. We build the audience from scratch. You need to show up consistently: two production sessions per week, on time, every week. That is the non-negotiable.
POPIA-compliant from intake. Identity documents encrypted at rest. Identity exposure by us is a material breach with immediate termination on your side and no limitation of liability. Sanitisation runs on every upload, with a log.
The revenue share is stated in your agreement in writing before you sign, and we walk you through the arithmetic on your own numbers. We do not publish rates on a website — anyone who publishes a rate is selling a price, not an operation.
Clean contractual exit, defined notice, no lock-in. A wellbeing pause is a contractual right, not a favour, and it does not trigger a penalty or a clawback.
EFT within five business days of month-end. Late payment carries interest at prime + 2% per annum. A written revenue statement is available on request within three business days.
Yes. The full Talent Management Agreement is sent before any commitment. Take it to a lawyer. We do not press for a signature.
We are selective for a reason: the operation only works for people who intend to show up. Two sessions a week minimum, on time, communicated in advance. If that is not your plan, this is not your agency.
